Hi Friends,
One more dish in my summer special. Its a simple quick healthy and cool way to shed weight and also to cool down your sweating body. This curd preparation is a rescuer in our busy life. You need only few minutes to whip and a filling and healthy lunch dinner evening snack is ready. Add any of your favorite veggie and spices and a soothing scrumptious dish is ready. If there are unexpected guests at home or want a quick lunch/dinner on a lazy afternoon or you need something to add in your simple menu then its a good option to add on. Try this guys you will love it.

Ingredients:-
Curd- 2 cups
Cucumber- 1
Onion -1 medium
Tomato- 2 medium
Red chilly pdr- 1/2 tsp
Black papper powder-1/2 tsp
Salt - as per your taste

Method

Grab your ingredients


Wash peel and chop veggies 

Chop them in small size 
(i chopped cucumber more finely afterwords, see in below pics)

Take curd in a bowl and whisk it well

Add all spices

Mix well

Add all chopped 

Mix it well

SERVE




Notes:-
  1. You can choose your favorite veggies to make this raita like carrot, beetroot, reddish etc. 
  2. Spices are all can be adjusted according to your preference.
  3. You can add water in curd and whisk well to enjoy thinned raita in glasses.
