Paneer Pav Bhaji
HAPPY DIWALI TO ALL OF YOU
I know there is no need to say that you will be so much busy in Diwali preparations. Same here. I am so much missing my camera as i wanted to post so many Diwali dishes and joyous celebration moments. Unfortunately my most of the time my hubby is also out for distributing sweets and gifts, so i am not able to use his camera also. Any how i managed to take pictures.
Now to the recipe. Today morning i made this Paneer Pao bhaji. I already had a Pav Bhaji recipe in my blog. But this one is different as i have used paneer in it for more healthier version. Believe me it was a hit. Now i will opt for this more then veggie versions this is easy one also. You don't need to boil veggies as then use them. Just take home made or store bought paneer and mash or grate it. See how easy it is. Its best choice for paneer lovers .Do try it guys and hope you will like it.
