Refreshing Veggi Salad with Corn and Cottage Cheese

Refreshing Veggi Salad with Corn and Cottage Cheese
Hi Friends,
I know you people are waiting for winner announcement of My First Event and Giveaway. I will declare it tomorrow. Everything is finalised at last. It was really very tough for me to finalise the winners. All dishes are drool worthy. Now i am planning my Second Event and Giveaway. Lets wait for few days to know the details. Now to the today's recipe. A refreshing Veggie salad with Corn and cottage cheese.
This salad is so filling and a good dinner/lunch for weight watchers, hardly takes 15 min to prepare and so flexible to add or skip any ingredient. It tastes great without any dressing or you can try your favorite dressing but i think the best would be some lemon juice and chilly flakes. Use your imagination or follow your taste buds, any way it will never disappoint you. So try it frnds to loose some inches.

Ingredients:-
Corn - half cup (boiled)
Cottage Cheese- half cup
Cucumber - 2 medium
Tomato - 2 medium
Reddish/Mooli- 1 medium
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - as per your taste

Method:-
Gather your ingredients

chop all veggies as per you wish

Take a bowl and mix all veggies with corn and cottage cheese in it

Add salt and pepper in it

Toss for few seconds

 SERVE

Notes:-
  1. Use your favorite veggies.
  2. You can slightly toss/shallow/fry/bake  the cottage cheese for more flavorful salad.
  3. Choose your favorite dressing, or serve it plain, any way it tastes delicious.

Papaya Smoothie/Healthy Breakfast

Papaya Smoothie/Healthy Breakfast

Hi Friends,

Hope you enjoyed your weekend fullest. I am here with a my First Smoothie. I never tried any smoothie earlier but as i am now in search for more healthy food then smoothie comes in healthy breakfast list. So tried it successfully. on sunday morning i made it and served it with some fried almonds which become a great combo. But one thing about this smoothie is that make it just before serving it otherwise it will lost its flavor, when i made it i drank it withing 10 min and taste was just perfect but afterwords it lost it taste. So friends try it and give me your reviews.

Ingredients:-

Papaya - 1 kg
Honey - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Milk - 4 cups

Method:-

Gather ingredients (add milk)

Chop papaya

Take almonds in mixer grinder

 Grind them roughly

Add papaya

 Whiz it

Add one cup water

whiz again

Now add remains milk and whiz again

DONE

READY TO SERVE

Serve Immediately

I served ti with Fried Almonds

It will get thick very soon so consume it after making it

Notes:-
  1. Prepare just before serving.
  2. Consume immediately after making it. otherwise it will lost its taste and get more thicker.
  3. You can skip dry fruit or honey i added them for some crunch and as healthy sweetener and skipped sugar.

Pudina Dhania Chatni

Pudina Dhania Chatni
Hi Friends,
Today i am here with very delicious Chatni/Sauce recipe for you. Its so flexible that you can easily add or omit any ingredient in it. I made that after a long time. It takes few ingredients and hardly 15 min to make it. It is also called one kind of appetizer, as it is especially given to people with poor appetite. But don't worry anyone can have it. You can have it with anything Idli, dosa, rice, chapati etc. Try it guys you will end up licking your fingers.

Ingredients:-
Pudina/Mint Leaves- 1 bunch
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Tomato - 1 medium chopped
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Rock Salt - 1 tsp
Amchoor Pdr - 1 tsp

Method:-
Gather your ingredients

wash and clean coriander and mint leaves

Take tomato and onion in a mixer grinder

add coriander and mint leaves

spice it up with salt and amchoor pdr

whiz it up

ready to indulge

 SERVE

With any dish

I had it with Soya chunk pulao

Notes:-
  1. I have used black/rock salt, You can use normal salt.
  2. Add chilly to spice it up, i made it for kids so skipped chilly.
  3. you can make it without onion and tomato also, but it gives real thickness and flavor.
