MATAR PANEER
Frnds this is the following post of earlier mail. Recipe of top ranked  MATAR PANEER from the Elaborate meal.
Ingradients:-

Matar                 - 2 cups
Paneer                - 2 cups cubed
Tomato puree    - 2tbsp
Onion                 - 2 medium pureed
Ginger                - one inch piece
Garlic                 - 4-5 pods
Tomato               - 3-4 medium pureed
Salt                     - as per taste
Cumin seeds       -  1 tsp
Garma masala     - 1 tsp
Termric pwder     - 1 tsp
Red chilly pwdr   - 1 tsp

RECIPE:-
Take your ingradients ( i pureed onion ginger garlic togather)

 heat oil and throw cumin seeds

 add pureed onion garlic ginger paste

 after one minute add tomato puree

 add all spices

 cover and let it simmer till oil saperates, about 4-5 min

 add matar

 mix well, cover and let it simmer again

 add tomato puree

 mix well and leav it for 5 minutes

 add 2 cups water cover and simmer for more 10 minutes

 add paneer mix, cover and leave it for 5 minutes

 ready to serve

 SERVE

Serve it with Rice or chapati

Notes:-
1. adjust spices according to your taste.
2. Use less water if you want dry matar paneer.
3. You can omit the tomato puree, if you do not like bit tangy taste.
