Moong Sprout Sandwich/
Healthy Sandwich/
Healthy Breakfast
Hi Friends,One more healthy recipe. Everybody knows that sprouts are healthy. So i thought to add this in sandwich. It came out so crispy and tasty. I have used white bread as i was only having it on my shelf. Use multigrain/brown bread to make it super healthy.
You can have this sandwich in breakfast or as snacks in the evening. Its also a very easy and quick recipe. I made it for my kids breakfast. It was very easy to prepare everything and putting sandwich in bread and helping kids to get ready for school. I feel its a breeze to make them in the breakfast in the morning rush hours. My kids liked them a lot. Hope you will like them too.

Notes:-
- Use multigrain/brown bread for more healthier version.
- You can skip onion if you dont like it. You can add any of your favorite veggie like carrot/cabbage etc to make it more healthy.
- You can skip tomato sauce mixing in the mix. But it will provide a good moisture and flavor to the sandwich.
Hope you will like it
