PEANUT CLUSTER/ MOONDGFALI WALI CHOCOLATE

PEANUT CLUSTER/
MOONDGFALI WALI CHOCOLATE
Hi Friends,
After a long time i made these cluster which i was planning from last few weeks and finally i made them last night. It was so yum. These are so quick and easy clusters. Favorite of all. Everybody at home loved them. Even at office everybody loved them and asked from where i bought them. beaming with joy. You can make them for parties and get together. I have used dark chocolate to make them as i don't prefer milk chocolate. But you can use milk chocolate or combo of both to make these clusters. You can make them in advance and store in fridge for later use. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients:-

Peanuts - 3 tbsp
Chocolate- 100gm
Vegetable oil/Olive Oil- 2 tsp
Salt-  a Pinch

Method:-
Take all your ingredients

Line a Foil paper in a plate or tray

dry roast peanuts

heat half cup water a vessel to melt the chocolate

fir a pan or bowl on it
boiling water should not touch bottom of this bowl

place your chocolate in it

it will start melting

stir it

When melted add pinch of salt

then oil

salt and oil

mix them properly

take roasted peanuts

you can peel the skin or use as it is

add them in melted chocolate
i added with skin

now take a spoonfull

drop on lined foil paper

 all done

Notes:-
  1. To melt the chocolate you need to take a vessel in which you will heat the water and one another bowl/pan which can fit in the previous vessels in which we will heat the water. Pls keep in mind when water will boil it should not touch the bottom of the bowl. So heat minimum water and fill it again if it dries up.
  2. You can use any flavorless oil for making these clusters.
  3. You can make them in chocolate mold also.
  4. Peeling off the skin of peanut is absolutely your choice. I like it with skin. If you want it without skin then after roasting peel of the skin by rubbing them with your hands.
  5. You can make them in big sizes and break after they are set or make small pieces for kids.
  6. You can make this cluster with any of other dry fruits, dried fruits also.
Hope you will like it
