 Ajwain Poori with Wheat Flour/
Carom Seed & Whole Wheat Fried Bread

Hi Friends,
Its monsoon, raining outside and you want something piping hot, soothing, crunchy, munchy and at that moment we don't mind fried stuff to satisfy our cravings. I guess i am totally right even for some i have poked sleeping temptation monster. So guys seeing so many tempting recipe in a magazine to kill my temptation monster i made carom seed poori which came out so crunchy that i can't tell you.

Aroma of fried poori's was just heaven. I can't forget that. It was so crusty. You can have it with any dry or gravy side dish. It will taste great. Even can have it with some chatni you like or with simple raita. Any way it will never disappoint you. So friends try it and kill your temptation moster.

See my recipe to go with this poori.

 Heat oil in a vessel
Slip your poori in hot oil slowly and carefully

Fry from both sides

 KIDDIES MINI POORI

SERVE WITH ANYTHING YOU LIKE

I served it with matar paneer

Notes:-
  1. You can add more salt or carom seeds if you like strong flavor.
  2. Adding oil in flour and mixing is very important otherwise poori will absorb more oil.
  3. Check oil with small pinch of dough or witha mini poori. Oil should not be too hot or just warm.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

  1. LOOKS DELICIOUS! My mouth is literally watering right now haha unfortunately I'm afraid that deep the smell of oil will stick at home since the apartment kitchen is open to the living room. Thanks though!
