Hakka Noodle-Spicy Version

Hakka Noodle-Spicy Version

Hi Friends,
When it comes to food my family is divided in two parts. My son and me at one side with no spicy food and my daughter (not too much) and husband are spice lover. In my many posts i have mentioned this and you can also see many recipe here with less spice and spicy version. Earlier i made plain hakka noodles without spices. Now it was turn for hubby and my daughter. I used all spicy sauces in my hand like green and red chilly sauce, chilly vinegar, dried red chilly flakes. My hubby liked it. My daughter tasted it but didn't had much as it was much spicy for her. I can't even think of eating these noodles.
You can add your favorite spices in it. You can skip red chilly and add chopped green chilly. Oregano and spring onion is purely optional but it will give a nice flavor to noodles. Try it guys you will love it if you are a spice lover.

Red Dry chilly flakes (peprika) - 1 tsp

NOW OPEN YOUR MOUTH

Notes:-

  1. Adding spring onion will give it a nice flavor and crunch. But in case you don't have it you can use normal onion.
  2. Adding oregano is purely optional. But recommended.
  3. You can use only chopped green chilly instead of red chilly sauce or dried chilly flakes as per your choice and availability.
  4. You can use normal vinegar instead of chilly vinegar.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

Love
