Healthy Side Dish
Hi Friends,

Since last few days i was feeling that this whole month my concentration was on sweets breakfast dishes etc. Yesterday i was thinking that today i will post any healthy dry dish. Can you believe till morning i was clueless that what i am going to post today as i reached late at night and didn't got time to try something new. In the morning i was suppose to pack my kids and my own tiffin. I wanted to pack some healthy stuff. for something healthy. I peeped in fridge i saw peas and grabbed some. then came in the kitchen where these soya granules were waiting for me. So it was done. Soya Granules Peas Side dish. One of the healthiest and  quickest Side Dish.
It could be a grate filling for your wraps and rolls Pair it with something like potato, cheese, paneer, tofu, etc and great filling is ready. You can use it as it is also. Its a great savior for unexpected guest of lazy times when you wanted to be in kitchen for least. I made it within 15 min. You can add any of your favourite veggie just take care they should combine and cooked well as this granules cooks very fast. So you need to make small pieces of vegetable you want to add and cook  or boil it separately  Like you want to add cauliflower then  make small pieces and cook them like i have done with peas. Its a quick side dish keep everything ready before starting cooking it as once you will start you need to add ingredients one by one quickly as soya granules cooks very fast.

Onion- 1 medium (chopped)
Tomato- 1 medium (chopped)

Salt- as per your taste

Method:-

(in this one min you can chop onion and tomato)

drain water after one min

take 2 tsp oil in a pan

crackle cumin seeds

add peas and cook for 30 seconds

add chopped onion and tomato

mix well and cook for one min

Notes:-

  1. Onion and tomato is optional here. You can make it without them also.
  2. You can add your Favorite spices in it like chilly pdr.
  3. Adding peas is also optional but i will recommend you to add this.
  4. Be careful while measuring the soya granules as it will double in quantity after soaking them in warm water.
  5. You can add 1 tsp tomato sauce or tomato puree and skip amchoor pdr.
  6. If you wanted to add some veggie like cauliflower then cook or boil it first or use the method i did for the peas.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

  9. Wonderful blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?
I'm planning to start my own blog soon but I'm a little lost on everything.
Would you propose starting with a free platform like Wordpress or
go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I'm completely confused .. Any recommendations? Thank you!
