Masala Idli (Low Spice Version)

Masala Idli (Low Spice Version)
Hi Friends,
Do you like Idli's or your kids like idli. But problem lies in Side dish, means Sambhar, chatni etc. May be my all South Indian Friends must be having all these kind of chatni's or sambhar very handy but north Indians like me, making Sambhar or Nariyal Chatni is a project. We need to prepare a lot to make all these side dishes. My son often ask for Idli's and question in front of was Sambhar/chatni.
Then i found one way and these idli's are invented. I already have a Masala Idli (spicier version) in my blog. But that is not for me or kids. We like very less spicy (even chilly less) food. So i made these idli's. You can have it with Tea/Milk/Coffee etc. No sauce is required. Now i make these idli's very often without worrying about side dish. You can have them in breakfast, or evening snacks or munch upon them any time with your favorite drink.

Ingredients:-
Idli Batter- 2 cups
Onion - 1 medium Chopped fine
Tomato - 1 medium Chopped fine
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - According to your taste

Method:-
Gather your ingredients

Add everybody in Idli Batter

Mix Well

Grease your idli plates and fill them

steam them for 10 min

Let them cool and take out

Serve

Notes:-
  1. You can make them only with tomato sauce.
  2. you can skip tomato or onion as per your wish, but i will recommend you to add both.
Hope you will like it

Love
PariCash
