Spicy Idli for Spice Lovers

Spicy Idli for Spice Lovers
Hi Friends,
In my home we are two parties. Yes you heard right, like me and my kids are total spice less person, we can't tolerate a single green chilly or red chilly in our food and just opposite is my hubby, he don't like food without spices. So i make everything in two manner, like you can see in my Stuffed Bun that i have made two fillings, one with chilly and another without chilly. So sometimes its very hectic to change every dish in two parts.
Today i am here with spicy Idli, i use to make masala idli but my husband is not satisfied with that as he is a spice lover and i make them with least spices. So Yesterday morning i made these spicy Idli's specially for him  and it came out very spicy and flavorful. I used green chatni for it, even after that i felt hubby must be asking for more spice so added some more chilly flakes and i was right as hubby said make it bit more spicy. Yes he can eat 20-30 chilies in one single dish. I can only think about it. Can't imagine eating that one dish. So friends you can use your favorite chatni/sauce in it. Do experiments and tell me your experience.

Ingredients:-
Idli Batter - 3 cups
Onion - 2 medium (chopped in small size)
Tomato - 1 medium (chopped in small size)
Chilly Flakes - 1 tsp
Green Chatni- 2 tbsp
Salt - as per your taste

Method:-
Gather your ingredients

Add everything listed above in idli batter

Mix Gently everything

Grease your idli molds and pour batter in it

Steam for 8-10 min, take them out and cool completely

Now remove from molds and Serve

No need of any chatni or Sauce or Side Dish

Serves it with HOT PIPING TEA

Hubby's cup gifted by me on his birthday party at 12 at night.
