Uthapam

UTTHAPAM

Hi Friends,
Now i have a great affection with south Indian cooking. I love their use of legumes in cooking. Most of their dishes are healthy. I desperately wanted to make crisp and thin dosa, and i tried so many time, but failed. So I tried uthapam first to have an idea ,I know these are not so perfect, first time i made them, so i think these came out quite good in first attempt. I hope next time i will post more round shaped utthapam with more different veggies. It was first time so i don't want to take risk. So only went with regular onion tomato.

Now after successful attempt's to make uthapam, i guess paneer  uthapam would be a great healthy option for kids snack (now gathered courage to try). Will try it soon. Till then enjoy.

Notes:-
  1. I added salt in batter as i did not added in onion and tomato.
  2. I used store bought batter and it was quite thick, so i also added water to adjust the consistency.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
