Italian Pull Apart Sweet Roll

Sweet Rolls Bakery Style/Italian Sweet Roll/
Pull Apart Italian Sweet Rolls
Hi Friends,
I always wanted to do this. I have seen so many dishes in different blogs which attracts me so much. One of them is these rolls. I have seen different kind of rolls in so many blogs, even i don't remember the blog names. Before starting this blog Italian food i know was pasta and pizza. Food i ever tried was only south Indian and north Indian. I always afraid to try something which i never heard. But blogging world gave me courage to try my hands on dishes from each and every part of world. I have baked bread and cakes so many times, but always fascinated to make these rolls. Fear of failure  surrounded me so much and i always postponed this subject. But after so many thoughts i gathered courage to make this.
I have one suggestion for a beginner like me that if you are baking it first time then always try with APF(All Purpose Flour-Maida) as other flours do not rise that well and also taste bit different and it can discourage you. I was also bit disappointed with the outcome but knows the fact that it was just because of mixture of flour that i used, But friends do not get discouraged as the taste of rolls was yummy and aroma while baking was just awesome. I enjoyed it so much. So dear try these Italian Sweet Rolls.

Flour  - 2 cups (i used 1 cup APF and 1 cup wheat Flour)

  3. thanks for contributing this yummy looking recipe...just a hint as a fellow blogger - some of your photos are too large that they are very difficult to view - they take more than the size of the computer screen. While the step by step photos are wonderful, sizing some of them down for easier viewing would be great :)

  5. Joey's friend said she asked him about his 2006 Farmacia On Line scandal. Reply with message is exactly what it said on the Senate floor that strictly hamstrings tax-payer funded abortions.
