Side Dish Paneer and Mini Soya Chunks/
Filling for Rolls and Wraps

Hi Friends,

This dish was born in the morning while I was making side dish for pranthas, As sometimes I wanted to make breakfast a bit heavy affair. I was prepared to make a simple paneer sabzi and then i realised that i am short of paneer. I was kept on thinking that what should i do, as i was short of time also.

Then my rescuer came in and a very healthy dish born withing 15-20 minutes. Thanks my all time favorite MINI SOYA CHUNKS.
I know its bit heavy to make paneer prantha with panner side dish. But its all because of 2 reason first is my son, who never eats anything. But he like paneer. Notes:-
  1. You can adjust the quantity of soya and panner. Use more paneer or soya if u like.
  2. Tomato Puree/sauce will enhance the flavor of dish, it would be appealing to kids.
  3. Fill this in Wraps and Rolls and see your kids enjoying eating.
  4. You can use Soya granules instead of soya chunks.
  5. Add any spice to suit your taste.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE THIS
