Healthy Breakfast with Chana Daal Parantha

Chana Daal Parantha/ Bengal Gram Pancake/
Parantha with Leftover Lentil/Healthy Breakfast
Hi Friends,
You know that (abe tak to pata chal hi gaya hoga heheheh) i hate leftover food at home, so whenever i found leftover food i try to use that as soon as possible. Even my mom use to make delicious ladoo with leftover chatapi/roti. Leftover lentil Parantha is one of my favorite. Even sometimes i make more lentil so that with leftover i can make parantha in the morning. I love lentil paranthas as they are full of nutrition of whole wheat flour and lentils. And if   monsoon is there then you can eat full of nutrition smoking hot paranthas instead of fried stuff.
If your kid do not like lentils, then try these paranthas, i assure you they will like it. They will never know whats inside. Serve these paranthas with their favorite sauce, chatni, sabzi, curd, raita or simply with a glass of milk. So this monsoon try these paranthas is will save the wastage of food, will satisfy your craving more healthier way (craving to eat something fried in monsoon)will keep you full for longer time and you can make your kids eat lentils. Isn't it enough to try these delicious paranthas.

Notes:-
  1. Adjust the quantity of flour and daal to make a dough.
  2. If daal is less then add water in it.
  3. You can add chilly powder for more spicy version.
  4. Serve it with any side dish, curd, raita or simply roll it and handover to your kid with a glass of their favorite flavor milk
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
