This is the following recipe for the last post, as i wanted to make both (daal parantha and sprout sabzi) a single Post. But then i realised it will be a long post to read and understand. so first i posted the Daal Parantha (check earlier post-below) and now here goes my sprout sabzi recipe:-

Ingredients:-
Moong Daal Sprouts - 2 cups
Onion                        - 1 big
Tomato                     -  2 big
Salt                            - as per your taste
Chat masala              - 1 tsp (you can use any masala of your choice)
Cumin seeds (jeera)  - 1 tsp
Tomato puree            - 2 tsp

STEP BY STEP RECIPE  :-
Take your ingredients - chop onion, tomato

Heat oil in kadai or pan

Add jeera (cumin seeds)

When it crackles add onion and tomato

Mix well for few seconds

Add sprouts

 Mix well

Add masala and salt

Add tomato puree

Mix well, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes

SERVE IT WITH PARANTHA OR CHAPATI

BREAKFAST ON TABLE


COMPLETE BREAKFAST

Notes:-
  1. You can make this sabzi without onion or tomato or with either of them.
  2. Adjust spices according to your taste, add chilly, black paper powder or any masala.
  3. Serve it with rice chapati or parantha.
